One hour Reflexology Treatment on hands or feet. Pressing on the different reflexes causes responses with various parts of the body which can promote healing.

Reflexology can help with stress/anxiety, digestive issues, migraines/headaches, sleep issues, swelling/odema and pregnancy issues.

Prior to the appointment I will ask you to fill in and submit the online consultation form.

This is to check for any contraindications and also to prepare for your treatment.
